So usually my dreams come true (this is a question for people that have visions)?
how do i know which ones will come true? b/c i have some scary dreams and i am always scared that one of my scary dreams will come true.So usually my dreams come true (this is a question for people that have visions)?

Scary dreams are usually created when you are stressed.
It is a sub-conscious emotional response to your stressful environment. So you don't have to worry too much.

I might sound really crazy, but I see visions of things that actually happen the next day, I see da sha vu happening sometimes and my friend insists she saw a giant UFO one day while we biking. She was really nervous and when I looked up at the sky I saw the shape of a UFO and lights streaming down. It couldn't be an airplane, because it was making awkward sounds.

There are different response delays in different parts of your brain, i.e. some parts of your brain pick up on things faster then others. It is possible you get a glimpse of something happening in real time that hits a certain part of your brain before you consciously recognize it.
3) You are looking for it, i.e. quasi self fulfilling.
Pick some color or number at random. Over the next day, notice how many times and in how many ways you see it. The next day, choose another color or number.
4) You are unconsciously being guided towards things in your dream.
Think of it as something like internal advertising. Brains respond to all inputs, conscious and unconscious.
You dreams of an amusement park. Your brain worked to make it happen.
