Its not the actual optics that give women a wider field of vision. Meaning we men and women see the same physically, but when it comes to how a mans brain and a woman's brain translates what the eyes see. Its a totally different game.
For women their brain is doesn't focus on one thing only, its able to take in a wider scope of vision. Interpreting almost the whole picture, and choosing details from it.
A mans brain focuses on one thing at a time, and it needs to be in the middle of the of the field of view to be interpreted. So men need to look at the object they are interested in. That's why we get caught looking at boobs all the time! lol
That's why women can check a dude out tip to bottom with out being noticed. hahahaIs it true that women have wider field of vision than men?

The only time that men have a wider field of vision is when there's lots of Awesome Ladies all over in the same room! Haha!

I don't think so, I did however hear that men have better vision in the light and women have better vision in the dark.
