Why does a true minister, disciple, or pastor always receive a vision from God and his kingdom?

Yes a True Minister/ Disciple or pastor always does receive a vision from God and his Kingdom.

Ezekiel 1.2.

EZEKIEL RECEIVED VISIONS FROM GOD TO MINISTER

TO PREACH SO ALL WOULD REPENT AND TURN TO GOD TO IN ORDER TO LIVE RIGHT AND REUNITE WITH GOD

Ezekiel was a contemporary of Jeremiah and Daniel. He was a prophet called by God to minister to exiles. Ezekiel is referred to as the prophet of visions because he received numerous visions from God. He was driven by these visions to a ministry that would remind the exiled captives why they were in the predicament they were in but also to strengthen those who genuinely repented of their sin and returned with their hearts to God.

LORD DIRECTED THOSE ( HIS DISCIPLES/ PASTORS/ MINISTERS/ TO PREACH THE BIBLE

So also the Lord directed those who proclaim the gospel to get their living from the gospel.

Jamieson-Fausset-Brown Bible Commentary

1 Corintians 9-`6

16. though I preach . I have nothing to glory of-that is, If I preach the Gospel, and do so not gratuitously, I have no matter for ';glorying.'; For the ';necessity'; that is laid on me to preach (compare Jer 20:9, and the case of Jonah) does away with ground for ';glorying.'; The sole ground for the latter that I have, is my preaching without charge (1Co 9:18): since there is no necessity laid on me as to the latter, it is my voluntary act for the Gospel's sake.

CHOSEN INSTURMENT OF THE LORD

Acts 9:15

But the Lord said to him, ';Go, for he is a chosen instrument of Mine, to bear My name before the Gentiles and kings and the sons of Israel;

TIMOTHY 1.3. ESV

TRUS MINISTERS QUALIFICATION

Qualifications for Overseers

3:1 The saying is trustworthy: If anyone aspires to the office of overseer, he desires a noble task. 2 Therefore an overseer [1] must be above reproach, the husband of one wife, [2] sober-minded, self-controlled, respectable, hospitable, able to teach, 3 not a drunkard, not violent but gentle, not quarrelsome, not a lover of money. 4 He must manage his own household well, with all dignity keeping his children submissive, 5 for if someone does not know how to manage his own household, how will he care for God's church? 6 He must not be a recent convert, or he may become puffed up with conceit and fall into the condemnation of the devil. 7 Moreover, he must be well thought of by outsiders, so that he may not fall into disgrace, into a snare of the devil.
